Account management

Vizualize's focus is on your needs. Each relationship is begun with an Account Manager who helps you understand the types of engagement models that may be best for you and the type of projects and clients you are trying to serve. As a project is identified, the Account Manager will gather the requirements and work with Resourcing to choose the best individual or team with the right skills to execute the project. As soon as the team is built, the Account Manager turns the project over to a Vizualize Project Manager, if appropriate, and the technical team. The Account Manager still owns this relationship and remains involved throughout the engagement. Expect high level status updates, issue resolution and futuristic thinking about your business from your Account Manager...and, of course a friendly face.

Project management

Your Vizualize Project Manager is like the captain of a ship. He or she, along with the technical team will create a map of your project and make certain it stays on course. This is accomplished through a precise project methodology with predefined scope, phases, timelines, deliverables, problem resolution procedures, QA and signoffs. Your Project Manager will identify goals for the project. The Project Manager and the team will work with all of the stakeholders to ensure everyone's interests are given consideration toward creating the best possible solution for your client. We want our technology to showcase the design and enhance the user experience. Throughout the project you will have a very close relationship with your Project Manager and your Account Manager-the closer we can get to understanding what you envision for your client by working in tandem with your team, the more successful is the resulting solution delivery.

Production

The Vizualize production group consists of a pool of developers, technical architects, testers, business analysts and UI specialists. From this pool we create flexible teams designed to bring the most appropriate skill sets to your project. From in depth interviews and discussions with your team, we create a detailed functional specification to serve as a road map for the project. There are regular update and discussion calls, status reports, collaboration calls and scheduled deliverable releases that become touchstones to ensure the project is moving along as intended and that the final product meets the strategic communications objectives and is in keeping with client expectations and Vizualize standards of excellence.
